I have been using my products and have been very happy, so I ordered my daughter the four steps of skincare that I had, she loves it too, but didn’t receive any plum oil and that’s a important step, instead she received a glow booster, I really wanted the plum oil dropper Cellular Retreat, what can you do??
I was so excited when I got my products. I saw the segment on Sherry Shepherd and loved the reviews. But when I got my package I was missing one of the main products I was excited to use. I purchased the I know try me out beauty bundle and it was a note that said the product cellular retreat was on backorder. This was around May 11,2023 and I assumed I would get it shipped once it came back in stock,but I never received it? How can I get the true experience if I don't get all of the products.

I rarely write a review unless I am dissatisfied with a product and or item. In this case, I have nothing but praise for the products I purchased. Absolutely love this Try Me Out Set. The only request that I have is that there is an actual travel size. I've taken the whole line with me but would like an actual travel size.

My younger sister put me on to this brand. I am in my mid 40s and my skin changed and I didn't know what to do. Everything I tried irritated it or simply didn't work. My eye area had become dark, dry and cracked. I have always had a sensitivity to retinol and all the none retinol products weren't helping.
Finally my sister put me on to I Know. I am sooooo happy she did! I got this set plus the Eyes Matter and it works! They work! I use the Eyes Matter with a base oil around my eyes and my eyes have visibly lightened and aren't burning and cracking due to dryness any more. The rest of my skin also looks amazing and with daily use, this set lasted me at least 3 months if not longer. My only negative is that the packaging isn't see through so I cannot tell when I'm about to run out. I don't want to run out!

All of the products are better than I expected with the exception of the facial cleanser, which is in powder form. It's difficult for me to get the correct consistency daily. Once the new facial wash is released, I'll try that.
