Rescinding my review on packaging

I wrote a review a few months ago about the packaging and the amount of product in the jar of Very Necessary. I received a reply from IKNOW that explained the packaging. I had removed the silver seal and unscrewed the top which was not the correct way to extract the product from the jar. I received a new jar I followed the instructions and have been able to extract the product without removing the top. I rescind my previous review.

Very necessary moisturizer

I love the products however, the jar that I received my last purchase of very necessary was the same size as previous purchase but not nearly as much product. The jar appears to have quite a bit of moisturizer but there is mostly glass inside. Why is is made different? Also the silver used around the top has broken after opening and closing the jar only a few times.

Almost called as the packaging changed from the pump to an oil. It feels different as it is thicker. However, the products are great! I'm a loyalist until I'm not. I supported my Aunt for more than 10 years purchasing the skincare line she sold until I tried Iknowskincare and absolutely loved how the products felt on my skin. I was saddened to stop supporting my aunt, however; happy to nourish my skin with Iknow.

Leaky Bottle

I was thinking of purchasing the Glow Booster but because of the negative reviews, I'm a little apprehensive. Most reviews said the bottle/package was a leaky sticky mess. Why is this?

Thank you for your inquiry regarding Glow Booster. We are working on improved packaging for Glow Booster. It contains 20% vitamin C which is the highest on the market. Due to the combination of ingredients, we have found that some bottles have leaked. If you should experience that problem, please contact us so that we can replace it as we do with our customers who inform us of this issue.
