Almost called as the packaging changed from the pump to an oil. It feels different as it is thicker. However, the products are great! I'm a loyalist until I'm not. I supported my Aunt for more than 10 years purchasing the skincare line she sold until I tried Iknowskincare and absolutely loved how the products felt on my skin. I was saddened to stop supporting my aunt, however; happy to nourish my skin with Iknow.

Leaky Bottle

I was thinking of purchasing the Glow Booster but because of the negative reviews, I'm a little apprehensive. Most reviews said the bottle/package was a leaky sticky mess. Why is this?

Thank you for your inquiry regarding Glow Booster. We are working on improved packaging for Glow Booster. It contains 20% vitamin C which is the highest on the market. Due to the combination of ingredients, we have found that some bottles have leaked. If you should experience that problem, please contact us so that we can replace it as we do with our customers who inform us of this issue. We are two years old and continue to improve our packaging and develop new products. We ask for your patience and take pride in providing our customers with stellar customer service.
