ELIGIBILITY: The #IKNOWCHALLENGE 2022 (US) TikTok Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. (excluding Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, or directors of GBL Sales Inc. (“Sponsor”), or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any advertising or promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as the immediate family and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on January 10, 2022 at 12:00:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”), and ends on February 6, 2022 at 11:59:59 P.M. EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER:During the Sweepstakes Period, log in to TikTok and: (1) follow @iknowskincare; (2) like the Sweepstakes video(s) by double tapping on the video(s) or tapping the heart; and, (3) add a comment (“Comment”) in the comments section of the Sweepstakes video with the hashtags #IKNOWCHALLENGE #50PLUSANDFABULOUS #PLATINUMGROUP #RealAge. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of number of Comments. You must have a TikTok account to participate and your account must be public. Accounts are free. All entries are subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service. Use of any macro, bot, script, or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, TikTok accounts, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: Random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be conducted once per week, during our weekly drawing on or about January 17, 2022, January 24, 2022, January 31, 2022, and February 7, 2022, respectively, to select one (1) winner per week, for a total of four (4) potential winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified via TikTok direct message on or about January 17, 2022, January 24, 2022, January 31, 2022, and February 7, 2022, respectively. Potential winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (“Prize Claim Documents”) within 2 days after the first notification attempt by Sponsor or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to: permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree acknowledge and agree that Sponsor (and those acting with Sponsor’s authorization) has the non-exclusive right to copy, reproduce, edit, broadcast, transmit, display, distribute and otherwise use your Comment, in whole or in part, in any way, in any medium whether now existing or later discovered, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, including but not limited to posting online. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission for Sponsor (and those acting with Sponsor’s authorization) to use the winner’s name, image, likeness, voice, and biographical information (including, but not limited to, hometown and state of residence), as well as any other information provided by the winner in connection with the winner’s entry to the Sweepstakes, available in the winner’s public TikTok profile, or otherwise for promotional or marketing purposes in any media, worldwide, now known or hereafter developed, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Sweepstakes Entities harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Sweepstakes Entities will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the social media account used to post the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address or other similar account associated with the relevant social media account. You agree that the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. You further agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses. By entering the Sweepstakes, you release TikTok Inc. (“TikTok”) and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use, and/or misuse of the prize. PRIZES: One prize is available in connection with each weekly random drawing, for a total of 4 prizes. Each winner will receive a cash prize of $500 and a 40-day supply of IKNOW skincare products (ARV of the skincare products: $300), with the total ARV per winner of $800. Total value of all prizes is $3200. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only 3 alternate drawings will be held for each weekly prize, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Maryland, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in or nearest to Columbia, Maryland.

 WINNER LIST:For a list of winners, available approximately two weeks after the end of the Sweepstakes Period, send a written request to the Sponsor, via electronic mail to info@knowskincare.com, with “#IKNOWCHALLENGE (US) TikTok Sweepstakes” in the subject line. All such requests must be received by February 31, 2023.
