First the powder bottle was so hard to get the plug out to get to the product. The immerse liquid has a burnt smell to it. I have yet to use the “very necessary “ so I can’t give feedback on that yet. I used the powder with the immerse and could not get a good lather, so I tried with water and that was better, but still not great. I really wanted to love and support this company but I will not be purchasing again. I have not noticed anything different with my face (good or bad) while using this product, but I will finish what I have because I paid for it.

I am so sorry to hear that your experience with the products has not been a good one. The Powder cleanser is not meant to lather...it is a gentle exfoliator. We have never been given a bad report on the IMMERSE, but I realize the everything does not work for everyone. Please send the product back and we will give you 100% of your money back.
